I. Product safety
First of all,thank you for buying YK-AC3600 air duct cleaning machine made by Wuxi YORK Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd
Now matters needing attention in the use of products are notified as follows:
1.Operating the machine before reading this manual carefully is strictly forbidden.
2.The power supply must be properly grounded. When practically operating, two-wire sockets without ground wire are often used, which causes induction electricity. The use of sockets with ground wire can fix this problem.
Because this machine is mostly used in humid environment,in line with the principle of being responsible for life, this machine must use the power cord with ground wire!
3.Before using the machine each time, check whether the leakage protection plug button is working properly. If the leakage protection plug button can not work properly, please stop using the machine and contact our company for changing the plug.
4.Please use the flexible shaft and pipe brushes and other accessories produced by our company. Our company has the right to refuse the warranty for any machine fault caused by the use of accessories not from our company.
5.Maintenance of this machine is limited to professionals. When the machine needs maintenance, please contact our technical engineer in time.
II.Precautions
1.DO NOT OPERATE AT LOW SPEED FOR EXTENDED PERIODS. KEEP SPEED ABOVE 50% OF MAX SPEED WHEN POSSIBLE.
2.FORWARD ROTATION IS THE MAIN MODE. USE REVERSE ROTATION ONLY WHEN NECESSARY. STOP THE MACHINE AND WAIT 5–10 MINUTES BEFORE SWITCHING DIRECTION.
3.AVOID FREQUENT DIRECTION CHANGES AND PROLONGED REVERSE ROTATION TO EXTEND FLEXIBLE SHAFT LIFE.
4.SELECT THE CORRECT BRUSH SIZE ACCORDING TO THE DUCT DIAMETER.
5.DO NOT BEND OR COIL THE FLEXIBLE SHAFT TIGHTLY DURING USE OR STORAGE.
6.RECOMMENDED: ALLOW A 15-MINUTE COOLING PERIOD AFTER 2 HOURS OF CONTINUOUS OPERATION TO PROTECT THE VACUUM MOTOR.
7.CLEAN OR REPLACE THE FILTER REGULARLY TO MAINTAIN PERFORMANCE.
8.DO NOT DISASSEMBLE THE MACHINE WITHOUT MANUFACTURER APPROVAL.
III. Method of use
Installation and operation instructions for Air duct cleaning machine
Step 1:Filter bag and cartridges must be installed before the equipment is started.
Step 2:Install the flexible shaft and connect the camera interface.
Step 3:Connect the cleaning brush and lock it with screws.
Step 4:Install the filter bag
Step 5:Turn on power switch and monitoring switch.
Step 6:Open the power switch of flexible shaft, the machine has two working modes: manual/remote control.
Flexible shaft with forward and reverse adjustment function
According to the site needs to choose
Adjust the rotating speed of the flexible shaft through the knob.
Step 7:Put flexible shaft into the pipe to be cleaned for cleaning, open the vacuum switch
Turn off all power switches after cleaning
This machine also has the function of online viewing through tablet /mobile phone.

1.Scan the QR code to download the APP,
2.Connect the special WIFI of the machine.
3.Click ‘Local Login’ in the bottom-left corner. You do not need to enter a username or password.
4.Tap the icon in the middle of the screen to start adding a device.Select the second option: Add wired device.
5.Tap the middle icon to search. Since yore already connected to the machine’s Wi-Fi, just tap Next.
6.When the device name appears, do not enter a username or password. Tap Add at the bottom.
7.After the device is successfully added, you can start using the feature.
Note: You may set a password if you wish, but for simplicity, it is not recommended.
IV.Daily maintenance
(I)The vacuum cleaner motor works for a long time, because the current is very large, the carbon brushes on it will wear out and there will be odor. The vacuum cleaner motor should not be turned on all the time. After working for half an hour, it needs to be stopped for half an hour. Especially if there is a lot of dust, the filter cartridges will be blocked if it is kept running. The filter cartridge needs to be cleaned. If the filter cartridge is blocked too seriously, it is easy to burn the motor.
(II) After use, store the equipment accessories, flexible shafts, brushes and other parts properly.
(III) Store the machine in the cool and dry place.
(IV) When the machine is not in use for a long time, it should be electrified to run once every six months, ten minutes at a time.
